Refund policy

Every Bandeja Club tee is printed to order, so returns work a little differently here than in a shop with a warehouse. Here’s exactly how.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it’s the wrong item
Email us at bandejaclubs@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don’t need to send anything back. We’ll replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
If you’re in the European Union and change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, for any reason and without giving one. Email us at bandejaclubs@gmail.com to start the process and we’ll confirm the return address.
The item must come back unworn and unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost. Once we receive it, we’ll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method.
If you’re outside the European Union and change your mind
Because every tee is printed for you specifically, we can’t accept returns for size or change of mind outside the EU. Please check the size guide before ordering — full flat measurements are on every product page. If your item arrives damaged or wrong, see the first section above: we’ll sort it out and you won’t need to send anything back.
Sale items and gift cards
Sale items and gift cards can’t be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size you want is to order it, and to contact us about the one you have.
Refunds
We’ll email you when your refund is approved. It goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it.
