Shipping policy

Every Bandeja Club tee is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting: when you place an order, your shirt is printed first and then shipped.
Production time
Our print partner ships most orders within 2–7 business days of the order being placed. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the facility.
Shipping
Orders are printed and dispatched from the United States. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the number of items, and is shown in full before you pay. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and most of the European Union, with a rest-of-world rate for other destinations.
Customs and import charges
Orders delivered outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or the shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we’ll contact you to arrange a reshipment. The cost of reshipping isn’t covered.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking stops moving for an unusual length of time, email us at bandejaclubs@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll sort it out.
